Do you know what I’ve just realized? God. We can go far away from Him, as far as we want. But his love is far superior to our wish to be far from him. No matter your reasons, if you got disappointed with institutions, family, friends, or whatever… or suddenly you started to believe in something that goes against what his word has to say about it, know this: “I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39” If you are reading this and thinking that you are far gone, that there is no turning back, or even… you have passed the point of no return; you still are in His sight. He is right now talking to you. Otherwise, you would never know this. And I know that there is no such thing as these things when we are talking about the love of God for you and me. See, nothing in all creation!! So, everything that we see and we don’t see was created by God. Nothing escapes his love. We may think that Jesus won’t accept us in his kingdom because we have done this and that. We are so wrong. Since the beginning, all the humans have done was wrong. God gave us a law, but we couldn’t follow it. We are so lost in our pride, arrogance, fears, etc., that we cannot follow anything but our “own law and lies.” But God had a solution. He sent his only Son to pay the price for our redemption. God didn’t want to destroy us all. He had promised after the flood. He would never again destroy the earth, everything in it. He is faithful. Because of that, Jesus came and lived the life we are supposed to live, but we are still falling short because, hey! We are still humans. But now, we know the Grace of God. When we accept the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, forever we are His. We belong to him. No matter what you are, you have done or what you will do. If only you repent, He will accept you wherever you are. Have you noticed how Jesus died? His arms were wide open, so when you remember Him, you will see He is waiting for you with arms wide open to receive and hug you. He loves us. He doesn’t request righteousness before you come running to Him; you will be regarded as righteous when you repent and accept Him. Satan = accuser. He comes to point out all your sins and tells you that because of them, you cannot enter the kingdom of the heavens. He is wrong. There is no little or big sin; no one on earth hasn’t sinned. We ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, right? There is no exception here. In the same manner, God so loved the world (where are you?) that He sent His only Son, that whoever (WHOEVER) believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God didn’t send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God (John 3:16-18) Know this, as Pastor Skip Heitzig likes saying, ‘ God loves you and accepts you the way you are, but He loves even more to leave you the way you are’. He wants you to make you better, to make you the version He planned you to be since the formation of the world. He knows you, you may not know Him, but He knows you, He created you, and He loves you. Even if you think this is BS, give Him a chance from the depths of your heart. Try Him. Dare to come close to Him. Trying to look only to Him for a little while. Let Him work in you. There is nothing you have done that He didn’t know you were going to do. He knows it already. But if you are reading this, know that He has chosen you to be His forever. To be part of His family and kingdom forever. Your life doesn’t end with death. Death is just the beginning of your eternal life. Think about it.. | Você sabe o que acabei de perceber? Deus. Podemos ir para longe dele, tanto quanto quisermos. Mas, o seu amor é muito superior ao nosso desejo de estar longe dele. Não importa os seus motivos, se você se decepcionou com instituições, família, amigos, ou o que quer que seja… ou de repente você começou a acreditar em algo que vai contra o que a palavra dele tem a dizer sobre isso, saiba disso: “Tenho certeza de que nem a morte nem a vida, nem os anjos, nem os governantes, nem os poderes, nem a altura nem a profundidade, nem qualquer outra coisa na criação será capaz de nos separar do amor de Deus em Cristo Jesus, nosso Senhor. Romanos 8:38-39” Se você está lendo isso e pensando que já foi longe demais, que não há como voltar atrás, ou mesmo... você passou do ponto sem volta; você ainda está à vista dele. Ele está falando com você agora. Caso contrário, você nunca saberia disso. E eu sei que não existem essas coisas quando falamos sobre o amor de Deus por você e por mim. Veja, nada em toda a criação!! Então, tudo o que vemos e não vemos foi criado por Deus. Nada escapa ao seu amor. Podemos pensar que Jesus não nos aceitará no seu reino porque fizemos isto e aquilo. Estamos tão errados. Desde o início, tudo o que os humanos fizeram foi errado. Deus nos deu uma lei, mas não conseguimos cumpri-la. Estamos tão perdidos em nosso orgulho, arrogância, medos, etc., que não podemos seguir nada além de nossas “próprias leis e mentiras”. Mas Deus tinha uma solução. Ele enviou seu único Filho para pagar o preço da nossa redenção. Deus não queria destruir todos nós. Ele havia prometido depois do dilúvio. Ele nunca mais destruiria a terra, nem tudo o que nela há. Ele é fiel. Por causa disso, Jesus veio e viveu a vida que deveríamos viver, mas ainda estamos aquém porque, ei! Ainda somos humanos. Mas agora conhecemos a Graça de Deus. Quando aceitamos no sacrifício de Jesus na cruz, somos Seus para sempre. Nós pertencemos a ele. Não importa o que você é, você fez ou o que fará. Se você se arrepender, Ele o aceitará onde quer que você esteja. Você já percebeu como Jesus morreu? Seus braços estavam bem abertos, então quando você se lembrar Dele, verá que Ele está te esperando de braços abertos para te receber e abraçar. Ele nos ama. Ele não pede para que sejamos corretos antes de você se encontrar com Ele; você será considerado justo quando se arrepender e aceitá-Lo.
Satanás = acusador. Ele vem apontar todos os seus pecados e lhe dizer que por causa deles você não pode entrar no reino dos céus. Ele está errado. Não existe pecado pequeno ou grande; ninguém na terra é sem pecado. TODOS nós pecamos e carecemos da glória de Deus, certo? Não há exceção aqui. Da mesma forma, Deus amou o mundo (onde você está?) de tal maneira que enviou Seu Filho unigênito, para que todo aquele (todo aquele) que crê Nele não pereça, mas tenha a vida eterna. Porque Deus enviou o seu Filho ao mundo não para condenar o mundo, mas para que o mundo fosse salvo por meio dele. Quem crê Nele não está condenado, mas quem não crê já está condenado porque não acreditou no nome do Filho Unigênito de Deus (João 3:16-18)
Saiba disso, como o pastor Skip Heitzig gosta de dizer: ‘Deus ama você e aceita você do jeito que você é, mas Ele te ama demais para deixá-lo do jeito que você é’. Ele quer que você seja melhor, que você seja a versão que Ele planejou que você fosse desde a formação do mundo. Ele conhece você, você pode não conhecê-lo, mas Ele conhece você, Ele te criou e Ele te ama. Mesmo que você ache que isso é besteira, dê a Ele uma chance do fundo do seu coração. Experimente-o. Ouse chegar perto Dele. Tentando olhar apenas para Ele por um tempinho. Deixe-O trabalhar em você. Não há nada que você tenha feito que Ele não soubesse que você faria. Ele já sabe disso. Mas se você está lendo isso, saiba que Ele escolheu você para ser Dele para sempre. Fazer parte de Sua família e reino para sempre. Sua vida não termina com a morte. A morte é apenas o começo da sua vida eterna. Pense nisso. |
